SENIOR MORNING PROGRAM

10 AM COFFEE & SNACKS | 10:30 AM LECTURE

GILMORE AUDITORIUM

---

On October 19th, the Museum will be welcoming Wildlife Prairie Park as our guest speakers.

They will bring live animal ambassadors, some of which audience members will be able to interact with. The discussion will focus on conservation and biodiversity in Illinois, as well as the ways art can be used as a means to spread awareness about conservation. Guests will then be able to visit one of the newest exhibits at the museum, "Andy Warhol: Endangered Species," organized by Art Bridges with works drawn from the collection of Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art.

On November 16th, the Museum will be presenting one of their own, Renae Kerrigan, Director of the Dome Planetarium and Curator of Science.

Kerrigan will be leading a journey through Mars, discussing her recent curation of the "MARS" exhibit.

On December 21st, there will be no speaker for Senior Day. However, guests will still be able to enjoy the exhibits and planetarium for free. Regularly scheduled programs will begin with the new year, 2023.

Note: Registration is not necessary, but groups are encouraged to call ahead so that we will be prepared. Senior groups, please contact Family Engagement Coordinator, Amanda Riggenbach, 309-863-3046.
